This blog will talk about media, media products, media people and various media issues. And your humble blogger here, who hails from Tondo, Manila, will do his best, err, I mean, he promises to blog about all these things in the light of the Bible’s opinions—which are actually not opinions because everything in it is TRUE! Ok, I’ll rephrase: I promise to blog in the light of the truth of God’s Word. In case I don’t, please graciously inform me.

From Ang Lee to Wowowee, to Xbox and Megan Fox, various media output freely—and often, forcibly—get to us any given moment. And they are all exciting topics for me. You can expect some movie and TV show reviews here. Hindi ako masyado marunong mag album review. Book review ok din kaso mabagal ako magbasa! Dahil sa kabagalan ko magbasa, I’ve only read two novels in my lifetime: “The Oath” and “The Visitation”, both by Frank Peretti—fantastic writer. (‘Yung “The Visitation” binasa ko from November 2007 to August 2008). I tried to read “Da Vinci Code,” but I only endured up to the ninth chapter. As of press time, I’m struggling to finish Ayn Rand’s “The Fountainhead.”

Don’t expect sporty things here. I’m 1,000,000% sure that I’m the most non-athletic person you’ll ever meet. I won’t even pass for a brisk walker. Also, this blog would be the last thing you’ll visit for Math-related things.

So that’s it for now. I pray you’ll enjoy your time here, and that you’ll somehow learn something from this blog—for God’s praise and honor. I’ll leave you with the verse, which, when I first heard during the KKB summer camp 2000, became the reason for the uncontainable passion I have now:

Jade

Jade is naturally horrified by Mathematics in the same degree that activities which require stamina, agility and athleticism ruins his day. But far from being a couch potato, he bought a brand new Ab Rocket (for an amazingly discounted price) which he plans to use while watching TV and DVDs—activities with which, for him, either society’s moral ascent or descent can be pretty much discerned. He co-hosts a web-radio show on The Edge, and recently went back to school studying Film.
